About Workforce & Professional Development

Henry Ford College Workforce & Professional Development Division provides comprehensive career and technical training programs designed to support the enhancement of both new and incumbent workers for business and industry. Our customized, person-centered training courses encompasses manufacturing education and skilled trades, supply chain and logistics, business and computer technology, energy/construction technology, health sciences, industrial sewing and pattern making, professional skill development, career enhancement and other areas as determined by business and industry. Additionally, our programs and services address the needs of individuals seeking personal growth/enrichment in our community such as GED testing and assessments, employment certification, and articulated credit.
